and baseline against the projects to be monitored for below EPC project:

The scope of operations of this project
includes the construction of onshore facilities that includes site
preparation, construction of a refinery, an LPG and sulfur loading.
Main duties involved as bellow:
Identify and develop scheduling & planning
requirements for the overall master schedule.

Breakdown Structure (WBS), input project activities, determine activity
durations, and logic

in collaboration with project management team members.

resources into the project schedule with the resource wizard in Primavera P6
software.
Integrating
schedules from engineering, procurement and construction to create a master

create control account to monitor cost and schedule performance on projects

schedules based on Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) with task
